The Rotary Club of Metro Yangon (RCMY) successfully convened its First Board Meeting for the 2026–2027 Rotary Year, marking an important milestone as we begin a new year of leadership, collaboration, and service.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all Board Members and Committee Chairs who dedicated their valuable time, actively participated in the discussions, and contributed thoughtful ideas throughout the meeting. Your commitment and willingness to serve are the driving forces behind the continued growth and success of our club.
During this inaugural Board Meeting, several significant community service initiatives and strategic projects were discussed and approved. These initiatives reflect RCMY’s commitment to addressing community needs through sustainable, impactful programs that align with Rotary’s mission of “Service Above Self.”
The meeting also demonstrated the collective strength of our leadership team. The enthusiasm, professionalism, collaborative spirit, and diverse expertise shared by every Chair and Board Member reaffirm our confidence that RCMY is well-positioned to achieve its goals and deliver meaningful impact throughout the Rotary year.
We are deeply grateful to each Committee Chair for their dedication and leadership in their respective areas of service. Together, we will continue to build stronger partnerships, develop impactful projects, and create lasting value for the communities we serve.
