The RCMY BOD Meeting and Monthly Meeting were successfully held in two segments on January 15, from 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM, at Parkroyal Hotel Ballroom, Yangon.
In the first session, the BOD Meeting took place, where attending board members discussed ongoing service projects, upcoming initiatives, membership updates, and other club matters.
The second session followed with the Monthly Meeting. The event began with opening remarks by President Daw Yee Wyne Oo. Guest speaker Daw Sandar Khin from the Myanmar Cultural Heritage Trust delivered an insightful presentation on “Myanmar Traditional New Year – Ata Thingyan Festival.” As a token of appreciation, President Daw Yee Wyne Oo and Charter President Daw Poe Phyu presented her with an Appreciation Certificate and a gift.
Following this, Club Secretary Daw Khine Zin Win gave a briefing on the club’s recent service projects.
The evening concluded with a celebration for January birthdays, including cake-cutting and a commemorative group photo session. President Daw Yee Wyne Oo officially adjourned the meeting with the Rotary bell ceremony.
