Daw Poe Phyu founded Myanmar Deals Real Estate Agency in 1992, and has overseen the growth of the real estate sector in Myanmar throughout the decades. She retired from estate in 2016.

She is also the Co-Founder of Red stone Gold in which she is its idea Director, overseeing marketing and creative projects.

Daw Poe Phyu is also passionate about her volunteer organizations. She is the Founder and President Taw Win Htan Organization in which she and her team are saving palm trees that are becoming more and more rare and endangered, yet culturally and sustainably valuable to Myanmar and its communities.

She is also a Patron of Lay Kyun Thu Foundation and the advisor of the Cochlear Implant Programme of Victoria Hospital Health Foundation.

Born in Mogok, Myanmar, she stays true to where she comes from as Daw Poe Phyu is also an advisor of “ Mogok 800 Years” Foundation.

Daw Poe Phyu was a judge for the 2017 and 2018 Miss Universe pageants in Myanmar. She also was a part of the panel of judges for the South East Asia Property Awards (Myanmar Property) from 2014 to 2016.
