In the second Rotary Year (2025–2026) of RCMY’s 3-year Economic and Community Development Project Plan, we continue our mission of empowering communities through vocational training and entrepreneurship education.

Last Rotary Year (2024–2025), we began by raising awareness and building the foundation for community development.

Now, we are moving one step forward — introducing certification programs that can truly support livelihoods and self-employment opportunities.
– [ ] Under the theme “Dreams Do Come True,” RCMY and Myanmar Imperial College (MIC) proudly join hands to transform those dreams into real opportunities.

This collaboration represents our shared commitment to nurture skills, inspire innovation, and uplift communities through practical, life-changing education.
– [ ] The Certificate in Entrepreneurship programme is designed for young dreamers who aspire not just for a job, but to build their own business and make a difference in their community.
