The iconic banyan tree-lined roads along the Aungpan–Pindaya–Ywangan route have now been carefully restored and strengthened to preserve their natural beauty and historical value.

As this period marks the pre-monsoon season—an ideal time for tree care—comprehensive conservation efforts have been successfully carried out for a total of 283 mature banyan trees. This second phase of maintenance included pest control treatments, protective applications to enhance tree strength, and the installation of signboards, ensuring that the trees will grow greener and healthier throughout the upcoming rainy season.

In preserving these valuable natural and cultural heritage trees, RCMY would like to extend its heartfelt appreciation to the Danu Self-Administered Zone authorities, all contributors, and generous donors who have come together to support this meaningful initiative.

Together, we continue to protect and sustain our shared heritage for future generations. ❤️🌳
