Mental health support is just as important.

That’s why RCMY has launched a 90-day project under the second “R” of the Recovery stage.

Though the Community Mental Health First Aid Training may seem delayed, it’s proving to be a powerful and much-needed program—offering not only essential knowledge but also the strength and resilience needed to recover.

What makes this training even more meaningful is that the mental health professionals, social workers, volunteers, healthcare staff, and businesspeople involved are themselves earthquake survivors. Their lived experiences make them the perfect people to support others in need, sharing from a place of deep understanding.

This initiative brings us hope for what lies ahead.
There’s still a lot of preparation to do, and significant needs in terms of funding, manpower, and resources.

When we’re faced daily with challenges and overwhelming hardship, we must remind ourselves:
We can’t afford to give up—we must push even harder.

Let’s stay strong and keep moving forward.

Hope for the best.
